Job Description
- Review all features and configurations needed from the customer side Responsible to handle All customer issues remotely configuration or by visiting sites
- Responsible for Studying new technology or Demo before implanting it for the customer.
- Test all implantation process before submitting it to the customer
- Design network via Visio program and set the configuration for every device
- Assist the procurement department in issuing devises price list for shipment.
- Troubleshoot problems in Network Devices
Job Requirements
- Have minimum of 3 years experience in network security field.
- Has a wide experience with most of network security solutions.
- Responsible for engineering and supporting network security technologies in particular with PaloAlto and Forti-Net security products.
- Perform regular hardware & software installation including OS and main functional software and configuration.
- Resolve implementation and normal operation incidents and problems.
