Job Description
The Head of Marketing and Sales Operations oversees the Sales Training, Congresses & Scientific Even ts, Market Insight, Sales Force Effectiveness, and FF Incentives functions for the Cluster. He or she is responsible to adapt and develop the functions' capacity and capabilities according to the service needs required for the strategic direction as atticulated by the commercial BF Heads. This role's responsibilities include managing the fields of primary market research, analysis and interpretation of data, support of sales effectiveness, advertising, branding and positioning activities, marketing capability development, CRM and e-marketing. The Head of M&S Ops successful y balances the increased scope and depth of service needs especially by the Specialty Ca re Business Franchises and the bud get constraints prevailing in the Cluster. This includes managing the allocation of responsibilities and workload between in-house service provision a nd outsourcing.
Job Requirements
- Collage degree
- English
- Local Country language preferred
- Substantial (5-8 years) experience in sales & marketing related functions within pharmaceutical
- Excellent understanding of marketing & sales processes in the pharmaceutical business
- Experience with operations excellence and business process outsourcing
- Proven record of leading diverse teams
- Ability to balance resource demands from multiple internal customers
- Good understanding of Cluster countries market dynamics for Pharma products
- Good understanding of drug development process and drug commercialization
- Excellent quantitative and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
