About the Job
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
  • Establish and maintain a professional relationship with clients.
  • Up-sell the company's services and solutions.
  • Coordinate with various teams to meet the customer's expectations.
  • Provide a professional initiatives to enhance the customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Help management with company- wide strategic planning.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Assist all teams to meet financial targets and growth objectives.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Proven (0-2) experience as an Account Executive, or in other sales/ customer service role.
  • Excellent communication/ presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • The ability to thrive in pressured or stressful situations.
  • Excellent command of English language
