About the Job
- Provide different sources to obtain the best people in different jobs, taking into account the use of the latest means of employment by following up all that is new through the Internet and the labor market so as to be consistent with the system of human resources.
- Make the necessary adjustments to the database of candidates for posts as continuing by adding new candidates and conducting daily interviews to enrich the database.
- Amend the approved appointment plan at intervals according to the needs of the company in its various sectors and submit it to the Human Resources Manager
- Work on the completion of vacancies in various sectors of companies based on the application forms approved labor through interviews with many candidates to choose the best and a nomination to the requesting administration
- Discuss the job offer with the candidate selected for the position according to the approved salary scale.
- Follow-up the procedures of the appointment process, whether receipt of the rationale for the appointment and delivery to the employee affairs or the drafting of employment contracts to approve and inform the requesting administration and all departments concerned on the date of receipt of work End-of-service interviews, reports and analysis to find out the real reasons behind the termination of the company's employees
