Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office & Coordinate between guests and the employee.
- Answers questions about the organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information.
- Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying.
- Professional attitude and appearance.

- Bachelor’s degree (English sections) is a MUST.
- Excellent written English (written & spoken) is a MUST.
- V. Good in Microsoft Office tools.
- V. Good Knowledge of business writing emails.
- V. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
