- Contact existing customers and new prospects through outbound call database to attempt to sell our products and services.
- Utilize the database to identify customers who have bought a product in the past or prospects whose profiles indicate that they are likely to buy.
- Answer customers’ queries about delivery, features and benefits of our products, and products quality.
- Handle customers’ complains, objections, and show full support according to our policies, and regulations.
- They may also contact customers after a sale to check that they are satisfied with their purchase.
