Job Description
- Develop and implement Human Resources Corporate strategy.
- Continues development, re-evaluating and re-designing of organization structure based on business growth and needs.
- Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Continues development of Payroll system, salaries scale and job matrix to meet market changes and business growth needs reflecting the hierarchical value through jobs ranking process and value.
- Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
- Generating Salary scale and benefits reflecting the hierarchical value of the employee job as determined through a job ranking process and the value of job.
- Develop annual Human Resources business plans and budgets.
- Develop, guide and manage the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, procedure and programs for the entire organization.
- Coordinates implementation of services, policies, and programs through Human Resources staff; reports to top management and serves on the executive management team; and assists and advises company management about Human Resources issues.
- Development of Human Resources Standard policies and procedure.
- Leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, Talent Acquisition process and ongoing development of a superior workforce.
- Develop a standard Appraisal Performance system to measure the actual efficiency and performance for all employees against objectives/goals achievements.
- Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
- Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.
Job Requirements
- BSc in Human Resources Management or equivalent study.
- 15 years of Human Resources management experience ( 3-5 ) in automotive industry.
- Proven work experience as a Talent Human Resources Manager, Deputy
- Manager, Consultant in one of the leading automotive dealers/distributors within Gulf states/Middle East countries.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases.
- Knowledge of labor laws & regulations within the Middle East region.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Ability to relocate to Baghdad/Iraq.
