About the Job

We are a new established American organization based in new Cairo looking for Customer Service Representative to run USA’s operation from our office located in Madinaty - New Cairo.

  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability.
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.

  • Attractive Net Salary.
  • 5 working days 9 working hours per shift.

Job Location

  • Madinaty - New Cairo.
Job Requirements
  • Fluent in English in order to deal with Americans and other foreigners.
  • Very good in MS office.
  • Hard workers and have the ability to work under pressure.
  • Bachelor degree or higher education.
  • At least 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
  • Adjustable with shifts rotations (Day-noon-night).
  • Any nationality is applicable to apply.
  • Candidates preferably who lives in Madinaty / Al-Rehab (Cairo - Egypt).
