- In-depth diagnose ATM problems (Software\Connectivity)
- Determine cause and Isolate the problem.
- Keeps customer updated to their cases.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Communication\Computer Engineering or equivalent
- Software and Hardware diagnosis skills are preferred
- Basic network troubleshooting is a must
- Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel…) is a must
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work with rotation shifts
