Job summary/overview
The IT Help Desk team maintains the computer networks of the Company, providing technical support and ensuring the whole company runs smoothly. IT Support monitors and maintains the company computer systems, installs and configures hardware and software, and solves technical problems.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities
- Covering Rotational shifts to insure IT services are working smoothly.
- Handle escalated technical issues as part of the Infrastructure Implementation Services team
- Work closely with the IT infrastructure Network, Systems, Software Teams in resolving issues and discovering efficiencies in the systems
- Respond to help desk requests for assistance from users experiencing problems with hardware, software, networking, and other computer-related technologies. Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Handle problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution and follow-up for routine user problems within the company
- Answer, evaluate, and prioritize incoming telephone, Service desk tickets, e-mail, and in person requests as well as testing and installing software and hardware on-site requirements periodically.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Ensure all Teleperformance policies and procedures are adhered to including but not limited to, Security, HR, Operations, etc, and any known infractions of any of these corporate policies and procedures are communicated to the proper Teleperformance Management immediately.
Job Requirements
- Main Job Requirements
Education and Specific Training
University Graduate, preferably from Computer Science or Engineering.
Proven Certifications of MCSA and CCNA is a Plus. Engineering.
Work Experience
Previous experience in Recruitment and Selection - preferential;
International experience is a plus.
Technical Skills
P.C. troubleshooting and repair Skills
Usage of MS Office (Preferred)
Good command of English
