Job Description

  • Guarantee the fulfillment of all the legal HR requirements.
  • Administrative processing and control of new hires, contracts' extensions/terminations, deployments and leaves.
  • Specialized recruitment: definition of recruiting and advertisement of the job openings, collection of CVs, initial screening and arrangement of interviews.
  • Coordinate training activities.
  • Follow up on penalty systems in coordination with the line manager.
  • Prepare frequent reports and submit them to the line manager and finance manager.
  • Prepare payroll and inherent documents (site timesheets and attendance reports) and release all payments related to payroll (taxes and social security).
  • Coordinate with the finance department for all financial issues and prepare all reports needed.
  • Coordinate with the commercial officer and procurement department for all purchasing and office needs.

Job Requirements

  • Education: BSc. or MSc. in Human Resources Management/Administration.
  • Experience:5 years experience in Engineering\ BIM field
