The role of a Sales Leader is to sell the earning opportunities for representatives, thereby driving sales and achieving a designated sales plan. Sales Leaders will achieve goals based on their ability to influence others behaviors, their ability to do Prospecting, Appointing, Training and Developing representatives.
- Accomplish identified goals and objectives in the areas of sales.
- Grow the customer and Representative staff through active recruiting. Conducts contacts with Representatives with an emphasis on selling the Avon earning opportunity.
- Apply product knowledge, needs assessment, and presentation skills to influence Representatives to buy or sell Avon products.
- Support and implement key business strategies.
- Conduct meetings to provide new Representatives with the knowledge of the campaign that will encourage their participation in all potential opportunities.
- Motivate, train and develop Representatives to achieve the highest levels of earning and achieve personal goals.
Job Requirements
- Must be able to work independently in a flexible working time environment.
- Ability to use the social media tools to expand the customers base.
- Excellent selling and communication skills.
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated working ability with minimal supervision or direction.
