Job Description
- Receives Clients’ calls, and answers their inquiries.
- Receives clients’ complains and solves it according to company policies.
- Cooperate with various company departments to make sure work flow procedures are being compliant.
- Data entry for clients data and .
- Attend meetings for contracts signatures.
- Follow up with clients – current and targeted, and measure their satisfaction regarding the company sales agents.
- Preparing daily and weekly reports with number of calls conducted and its quality.
- Follow up with clients and brokers on due installments.
- Dealing with brokerage companies regarding any inquiry or inquest.
Job Requirements
- Relevant Bachelor degree.
- Very good command of English language.
- Very good computer skills.
- Very good presentation skills.
- 1 – 3 years of experience in the same position (preferably with Real Estate back ground and call center background).
