About the Job

Their Main Responsibilities should be as follows:

  • Carry out Market research and monitor market trends, and Surveys on an annual basis to update information on the size of the market, Division of the market, the brand, and to meet the needs of the consumer and requested benefits
  • Managing marketing campaigns across all platforms, and to make suggestions for improvements.
  • Preparation of the marketing plan, media analysis, and media plan, Organize events; launches, exhibitions, etc
  • Manage marketing budget and Marketing activities
  • Managing corporate branding, marketing communications.
  • The prices of the products of the study competitors' prices, and market with consumers to determine the acceptable price.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing / communications or related area - GUC, AUC, MIU graduates.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of related experience .
  • Experience in residential and commercial real estate is a must.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Fluent English.
  • Ability to effectively present information.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and be a self-starter.
