Job Description
- Supervises the work unit and personnel, which includes: coordinating, scheduling and assigning resources; establishing policies and measures and help implementing them, goals, objectives and priorities; keeping personnel abreast of new or revised information; answering questions; and recommending and/or implementing personnel actions.
- Coordinates and monitors subordinate programs and projects to attain goals and objectives of the work unit.
- Handle Fleet Services and keeping up to date with all transportation rules and measures in the country. Handle covering and settling all transportation and drivers penalty at the concerned authorities.
- Responsible of Drivers overtime, gas vouchers and other related matters.
- Act as Company direct representative at governmental authorities, such as Social Security, Cars licences, etc...
- Preparing all documents related to Social Security for employees in the company.
- Responsible of studying, analyzing and renewing Company Medical insurance policy yearly and handle additions and deletions to company policy throughout the year.
- Schedule and implement maintenance schedules at all company premises, including outsourcing works (electrical, plumbing, glass, etc...).
- Handle all legal registrations related to company and to Managing Director, at all times.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Gender = Male Only.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Administrative support, fleet management, social security, operations & maintenance.
- Good communicator, good in negotiation and has a good sense of detail and deadlines.
