Job Description
- Management responsibilities including the day to day management of MSS trainers, coordinators, and trainees to include providing work assignments on course development for the corporate education program in the Learning Management System (LMS), certification programs for the Medical Support Staff (MSS) and providing formal classroom training of these staff resources.
- Manage, facilitate, and host all educational programs
- Cross-train in all training established and developed for MSS and trainees
- Works in conjunction with Medical Providers, Dental Providers, Behavioral Health Providers and all other staff to ensure that patients obtain the highest standard f integrated health care.
- Communicates with Medical Services Department leaders to align the training program based on needs of the Medical Department.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree as Physician or Pharmacist.
- 2- 5 years of experience in reputable company as Training & Development.
- MBA holder.
- Preferable Multinational Experience.
