Job Description
- Develop monthly plans for sales team
- Monitoring and evaluation of sales team
- Provide a daily report on the selling activity and behavioral performance of its members
- Monthly achieve the desired target
- Receiving customers and answer their questions and record their data in custom form
- Submit a monthly report on the status and nature of his work according to the model
- Complete the contract with the new customer
- Promote a positive business climate and welcoming customers
- Weekly meeting with sales Representative

Job Requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience in the same Position in REAL ESTATE (a MUST)
