Job Description
- Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
- Preparing sales offers, contracts and warranty cards.
- Managing databases.
- Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients.
- Provides historical reference by utilizing filing and retrieval systems.
- Maintain stationary stock.
- Document expenses and hand in reports.
