About the Job
  • Assessing the customer site during the pre-sales phase, confirming project milestones; scope, budget, risk assessment, technical conformance,
  • Verifying & confirming the project objectives and formulating the project plan with all project stakeholders based on the contract T&C,
  • Following the Philips Excellence Process Framework (PEPF), Project Management Professional (PMP) and Customer Project Management (CPM) processes to initiate, plan, execute, close and monitor & control the project; Is responsible for driving compliancy to applicable regulations (Quality & Regulatory / Health & Safety ) by own organization, third parties and partners in the project,
  • Defining the risks (project related), issues and changes of the project and develops scenarios to respond to these,
  • Managing internal & external resources, the project budget, communication to all stakeholders, planning, quality, customer acceptance, transition to service, project evaluation,
  • Responsible for clearly defined, small, local projects or for part of a larger project,
  • Emphasis on project execution.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering,
  • Fluent in English and Arabic is a must,
  • 2 years’ experience ideally from Healthcare industry (Project Management or Field Service Engineering background would be preferred),
  • A friendly and driven personality: you are a go-getter, self-starter who likes challenges,
  • Good Project Management skills: PMP level or equivalent is mandatory,
  • Basic knowledge of planning methods and estimation techniques (resource, time and risk),
  • Functional knowledge of the products and standard systems,
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety standards,
  • Knowledge of quality and compliance requirements,
  • Knowledge of Standard terms & Conditions,
  • Basic understanding of margin management,
  • Communication skills for managing relations with operational representatives of customers.
