About the Job
  • Help Desk Support for Entire Network & Staff
  • Installing, configuring and troubleshooting PC ,Network switch, Printers, Copier Machine
  • Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
  • Upgrade systems with new releases and models
Job Requirements
  • Graduate from Faculty of Engineering / computer science
  • Experience from 1-3 years in similar position
  • N+ m A+ Certificate is a must
  • Performs LAN administration functions; monitors and troubleshoots LAN and WAN system performance and resolves communications and networking problems
  • Excellent Experience in Help Desk tasks ( HW – SW)
  • Excellent Technical Skills
  • Hands on experience with network knowledge and documentation
