Job Description
- Responsible for selling garments or accessories to buyers from retail stores
- Providing accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
- Answering customers’ questions about specific products/services
- Ensure racks are fully stocked and manage returns of merchandise
- Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
- Maintaining positive business relationships and building rapport with customers
- Achieving agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within deadlines.
- Maintaining eye-catching effective displays within the store
- Providing direct manager with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potentials for new products/services
- Staying up to date with sales market trends, best practices and promotional trends
- Submitting the required reports/action plans whether it be daily, weekly, monthly as well as annual results reports
- Resolves customer complaints through developing solutions and making recommendations to direct manager when necessary
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Job Requirements
- BA in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field
- 1 - 3 years of progressive experience in the retail sales industry
- Excellent Command of English and Arabic Languages is a must
- Excellent Communication Skills and a Team Player
- A commitment to excellent customer service.
- Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
