Job Description:
- Complete Construction Project Planning Processes.
- Oversee Construction Personnel.
- Preparing site progress reports.
- Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies.
- Handle over the resulting structures and services for use.
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff.
- Planning and coordinating site daily different works (civil, architecture and electro-mechanic).
- Ensuring that construction results meet project requirements & schedule.
- Managing on-site construction personnel.
- Managing site resources to achieve project goals (quality, cost, time).
- Managing relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Managing relationships with projects different consultants.
- Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials.
- Making safety inspections to ensure site safety regulations are met.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
- Proof of field/civil previous work experience.
- Experience in residential and commercial projects is a must.
- Strong understanding of the following: CAD software - Project management concepts Microsoft Office applications - Building codes and safety regulations.
- PMP certificate is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working in team environment.
- Accurate and precise attention to detail.
- Goal-oriented and organized leadership.
- Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.
