Responsibilities
- Coordinates the activities of the consultant, client, and the company in order to develop the compliant design as per the client requirements and obtain the approval of the authorities in the shortest possible time frame
- Resolving of any incompatibilities in coordination with the relevant parties
- Performs site visits as needed to compare designs with actual site practices as well as to improve knowledge of practical building practices
Job Requirements
- Must have bachelor’s degree in mechanical or Electrical Engineering or higher in MEP engineering discipline
- Alexandria residents or nearby are preferred
- From 3 to 4 Years of experience in total facilities management is a must
- Experience in having direct responsibility for producing mechanical, electrical, plumbing 2 to 4 years minimum)
- Knowledge of latest
- Ability to travel
- Excellent Communication Skills .
