Job Description
- Responsible for the promotion and strategies to establish and grow the brand presence in the market.
- Increase the market share of the brand.
- Monitor brand performance
- Planned and implemented marketing mix activities according to approved brand strategy, including promotional programs, marketing research projects, and advertising activities
- Coordinated with other departments in launching new products to meet company expectations, strategies and goals.
- Develop, monitor and control brand management budget
- Conduct social media Campaigns
- Identify, develop, and implement programs for sales team implementation
- Oversee the production of newspaper and magazine advertisements, direct mail packs, email campaigns, websites, exhibition stands, road shows and liaising with art designers, copywriters, media buyers and printers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or Business.
- Males , Smart ,Maximum age: 35
- Preferred residence: Mohandessin, dokki, 6th of october, El sheikh Zayed, Maadi, Haram. Zamalek.
- Proven working experience as brand manager or associate brand manager, in the field of Electrical Home Appliances or Similar.
- Communication skills. Brand managers must be able to communicate effectively in writing as well as verbally.
- Research skills. Brand managers must research their consumer base extremely thoroughly in order to appeal to that audience successfully.
- Interpersonal skills. Since this is a management role, it requires successfully managing and communicating with various other members of the team. Being able to work as a leader while maintaining strong relationships is a must.
- Creativity. This role requires much more than just sticking to a standard formula. Instead, coming up with new and unheard-of marketing ideas is crucial.
- Storytelling abilities. Successfully promoting a brand requires coming up with a compelling story about that product or person to convey to the audience.
- Analytical skills. This role involves forecasting future consumer trends and determining the various benefits and challenges of a particular pathway.
- Finance/budget management. Brand managers must develop and maintain marketing and advertising budgets.
