Job Description
- Deciding on the CRM platform structure and architecture ensuring it works seamlessly across the organization and captures all required information at key points in the customer life cycle.
- Generates reports for upper management
- Maintains database of customers for follow up.
- Ensures a seamless process flow from the customer’s initial order to the delivery of services.
- Helps develop new services and promotions based on customer preferences.
Job Requirements
- Females only (max age 30 years).
- Experience at least 3 years.
- Working hours from 9 am to 6 pm.
- Day off : Friday
