Job Description
We are seeking a Senior MS Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) Functional Consultant to join our team. The candidate will be expected to design, implement, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service. Functions include strong knowledge of common sales cycles, business process flows, and common CRM data types such as accounts, contacts, leads, and opportunities.
Candidate must be self-motivated, solution focused, and enjoy a dynamic team environment.
Job Requirements
- Lead and participate in the design and architecture meetings with clients and team members to gather and document project requirements.
- Demonstrable record of accomplishment of successful Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service planning and implementation.
- Create data migration and integration mappings.
- Guide projects along through daily communications with the client and/or Project Manager.
- Ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Troubleshoot and resolve open technical and non-technical support issues for clients.
- At least 3 years of experience in the below areas:
- Working with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement system – particularly with at least two of the following:
- Sales
- Customer Service
- Project Service Automation/Project Operations
- Field Service
- Fetch XML
- CRM Web Services
- SmartConnect, KingswaySoft (or similar data integration software)
- Scribe (or similar data migration software)
- MS SQL Server
- Customer/Vendor Portal
- Click Dimensions
- Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Working with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement system – particularly with at least two of the following:
