Job Description
- To support the delivery of the Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental risk management strategy within GWS EMEA LFM and DCS Business.
- To maintain and support the development of the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental Integrated Management System and related processes to enable compliance to related statutory duties, a safe and healthy working environment, and promotion of consistent standards and continual improvement.
- To support the development of QHSE Information Technology Systems and the provision of accurate information and statistical data.
- Support the development and delivery of the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental Risk strategy through the maintenance of QHSE ISO standards, policy and process.
- Ensure QHSE governance through the provision of Integrated Management System Reviews and programmed internal management system assessments and compliance audits.
- Provide a single point of contact for ISO delivery, host program days and strategic reviews, and co-ordinate external compliance assessments and audits.
- Provide operational business support and practical expertise on the QHSE Integrated Management System to drive consistency and ensure day to day support for internal and external customers.
- Provide an operational point of contact and administrative lead for the delivery of QHSE IT Systems.
- Provide functional reporting and performance monitoring, analysis and review against key financial / non-financial metrics, standards, and benchmarking data.
- Provide for appropriate Internal Auditor and ‘QHSE system’ training to support Integrated Management System Process and QHSE Information Technology Systems.
- Provide advice and guidance on Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental Management Systems and associated processes to both internal and external customers to ensure a consistent integrated QHSE approach.
- Support the development of QHSE Systems and initiatives to minimize risk exposure and enable a consistent GWS EMEA approach.
- Support QHSE aspects of new business through the provision of information and data as required.
- Support and promote effective QHSE communication through advice, review, leadership and direct contribution to management and team meetings, briefings, consultation forums, correspondence, reporting, and other publications, as appropriate.
- Promote and maintain the behaviors and values of CBRE, encouraging cultural understanding and the adoption of consistently high standards.
Job Requirements
- A good general education. A formal qualification in Quality Management Systems / Compliance.
- Incumbents must be able to demonstrate a career showing continuous personal development in auditing, management system compliance, reporting, and trend analysis.
- Often explains facts, practices, policies to both internal and external parties. Infrequently uses influence to convince both internal and external parties that have a desire to reach an agreement to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches.
