Job Description
- In charge of procurement (office supplies, stationery, uniform, transportation, catering, printings & business cards).
- Organizing (trips, hotel booking, air tickets booking, conferences & events).
- Managing the admin budget (Uniform, transportation, staff accommodation, business travel, telephone {land line & Mobile}, Sundry expenses, stationery, courier, hospitality & advertising).
- Providing general office support such as, but not limited to, photocopying, faxing, telephone answering, shipping and receiving of samples and general firm supplies, filing of documents, maintain a tidy and respectable office, purchase general office supplies, provide general assistance at events and trade shows that we may be involved in.
Job Requirements
- Excellent Command in English.
- Excellent Command in MS Office Application.
- Education : Bachelor Degree.
- Experience : -2-4 years.
