Projects & Installation Manager Engineer- Wooden Factory

Urgently Required for a Reputable Wooden Works Factory located in Zahraa Maadi;

Projects & Installation Manager Engineer  with experience 20+ years in the Wooden Works  field with the following responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to) the following:

• Managing consultant approval on material & samples.
• Manging consultant approval on the detailed Shop drawings.
• Managing all architecture measurements needed for the wooden works installations.
• Responsible for all sites supervision & handling all sites problems.
• Develop detailed Installation Progress Report to the factory manager.
• Coordinate internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget.
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Manage the relationship with the consultant, client, and all stakeholders.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
