Job Description
- Finding ways to eliminate wastefulness in production processes. Devising efficient systems that integrate workers, machines, materials, information, and energy to produce products with high quality at a certain time.
- Evaluate the results obtained from systems and processes and evaluate operators as well.
- Cost SMV preparation and finalization with operation break down.
- Methods Improvement to reduce SMV.
- Improving sewing plant efficiencies.
- Building a team of industrial engineering and giving leadership.
- Preparing and approving a sewing line layout.
- Meeting customer target costs.
- Ensure skill matrix is prepared and updated for every sewing line.
- Ensure implementation and skill improvement plan and multi-skilling for a sewing line.
Job Requirements
- University degree in production or industrial engineering.
- Apparel industry preferably underwear of at least 10 to 15 years overall experience including 5 years as a manager.
- Certified GSD.
- Previous experience in costing of garments, Method Engineering,
- Efficiency Improvements of sewing hall, Operation breakdown, and line layouts.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
