Job Description
Main Purpose:
- Implementation of raw materials and packaging purchases according to company and department’s regulations under the supervision of the department’s head.
Responsibilities:
- Implementation of the purchasing strategic plan to ensure that all resources matches the requirements & regulations in coordinating with the supply chain department
- Receive the purchase receipts from the logistics management and ensure that they match the supplier’s contracts
- Provide a list of alternative suppliers to avoid the risk of delay through direct visits or studying the development of resources
- Matching technical specifications with the offers and get approvals from the concerned authority
- Provide updated database concerning suppliers and raw materials and follow them up
- Seek new offers according to different field and specializations and update quotations and resources constantly in case of changes terms and conditions
- Ensure the technical specifications to release a purchase request after assessing it with the supplier
- Seek new offers and resources after getting the approval based on the company’s regulations
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business.
Experience: 1 - 2 Years of experience in a similar field.
Languages: Perfect command of English language (Speaking, reading and writing).

Working Conditions:
- Working Days: 5 Days/week [Sunday Till Thursday]
- Days Off: Two days/Week [Friday and Saturday]
- Working Hours: From 07:30am till 04:00pm.
- Working Environment: 30% outdoors and 70% of standard office work
