Job Description
- Works hard towards consistently achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets to ensure the accomplishment of the overall company’s target.
- Actively prospects and acquires new accounts.
- Producing innovative ideas and sales strategies to meet objectives.
- Develop and increase business by following up on potential leads with face to face presentation and meetings with clients and providing them the utmost customer service.
- Advise clients on market conditions, price, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters
- Interview clients to determine what kind of properties they are seeking.
- Negotiate the buyers and generally representing the company.
- Close the deal with the client.
- Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers.
- Answer the client’s questions regarding construction work, financing, maintenance, and appraisals.
- Providing ARTAL departments with all data regarding customers’ needs and suggestions
- Conducting researches for competitive companies regarding price, locations and other conditions in order to improve company sales strategy
- Providing on the job training for the new team regarding sales strategy (double visit, workshop training…etc.)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in business administration or any related field.
- At least 3 years on the same level of experience preferably in a medium to large organization, or in the real estate industry.
- Very good command of English.
- Very strong verbal communication skills and ability to multi-task.
- Very good negotiating and selling skills.
- Very good Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Strong Problem Solving & Decision Making skills and goal oriented.
- Strong client management skills.
- Planning/Organizing Skills.
