Job Description
- Ensure sales data & client information and all related documentation (e.g. sales offers, contracts, invoices … etc.) are collected, recorded and filled accurately on both manual (files) and online systems.
- Prepare, issue, and gain approval for all sales related documents (technical and financial) requested by direct manager, sales team and clients (e.g. tender documentation, memos, letters, offers, invoices … etc.)
- Analyze and present sales data in the form of management friendly charts, graphs, tables … etc. to support the Board of Management and Sales Director decision-making process.
- Assist and coordinate the organizing of sales events, exhibitions, special projects … etc.
- Develop, update and maintain a customer database.
- Conduct and analyze market research for company products and competitors and report findings and recommendations to Sales Director for decision-making.
- Compile, track and report sales data and sales performance changes to facilitate analysis of sales leads and performance achievements.
- Liaise as the communication focal point between the sales department and all stakeholders.
- In addition to some outdoor tasks including & not only as attending tenders and open envelops ...etc.
Job Requirements
