Job Description
- Coordinates all stages of the hiring process, including posting job openings, reviewing and screening applications, conducting interviews, and on boarding new employees to fill the vacant positions
- Assisting in developing and implementing the organizations' policies and procedures
- Contributing to the development of HR strategies and plans and support their implementation.
- Assisting in developing and communicating the Employee Handbook
- Dealing with Social insurance and Labor Offices issues.
- Auditing (Employee, social insurance and labor office) files, ensuring legal compliance.
- Responsible for all personnel activities.
- Implementing an effective Performance Appraisal system.
- Handling all processing associated with employee benefits.
- Responsible for the systematic updated Employees Database.
- Assisting in all other required HR activities.
Job Requirements
- Having Experience in HR and managerial tasks at least 4-5 years
- Having good knowledge about administration and accounts
- Able to work in a multinational atmosphere with excellent English language speaking & writing skills
- Ready to join immediately
- Strong personal and leadership skills
