- We are seeking a highly-skilled Implementation Specialist to implement and install software systems for our clients. In this role, you will demonstrate how purchased software systems work to clients, and answer questions relating to implementation. You will also be required to install the software and ensure the client is satisfied with the purchase.
- Ultimately, an outstanding Implementation Specialist should demonstrate sound technical knowledge as well as exceptional analytical, communication, and customer-service skills.
- Provide training on software as required.
- Respond to all client inquiries and when necessary troubleshoots, report and resolve any issues promptly.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in commerce
- Proven experience working as an Implementation Specialist is preferred.
- Sound technical knowledge.
- The ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proven experience from 1:2 years in Legal accountant offices
- Detail-oriented
- Presentable
- Excellent communication skills
- Good command of English
