Job Description
- Lead the implementation of the Odoo ERP system, including system configuration, customization, and integration with existing systems and processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments (such as finance, operations, sales, and marketing) to gather requirements, define business processes, and design solutions that meet business needs.
- Customize Odoo modules and workflows to align with company-specific processes and requirements, ensuring optimal system performance and usability.
- Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and quality assurance (QA) to validate system functionality, data integrity, and user experience.
- Develop and deliver end-user training and documentation to facilitate adoption and usage of the Odoo system, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting as needed.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring timely completion of project phases and adherence to budget and resource constraints.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors, consultants, and technical resources as needed to support system implementation, customization, and integration efforts.
- Monitor system performance, data integrity, and security, implementing best practices and procedures to ensure the reliability and security of the Odoo ERP system.
- Document system configurations, customizations, and processes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation for future reference and training purposes.
- Handle any other tasks related to his role.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. ( Odoo certification) preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Odoo ERP implementation.
- Strong technical skills in Odoo development, configuration, and customization, including proficiency in Python programming language and Odoo framework.
- Experience with database management systems (e.g., PostgreSQL) and web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for customization and
integration purposes. - Project management skills with the ability to manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, and coordinate cross-functional teams to
achieve project goals. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
and collaborate with internal and external partners. - Problem-solving and analytical abilities, with the capacity to analyze complex business requirements, identify solutions, and implement effective
strategies to address them. - Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in system configuration, customization, and documentation.
