Job Description
- Help Desk Support for Entire Network & Staff
- Installing, configuring and troubleshooting PC ,Network switch, Printers, Copier Machine
- Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
- Upgrade systems with new releases and models
Job Requirements
- Graduate from Faculty of Engineering / computer science
- Experience from 1-3 years in similar position
- N+ m A+ Certificate is a must
- Performs LAN administration functions; monitors and troubleshoots LAN and WAN system performance and resolves communications and networking problems
- Excellent Experience in Help Desk tasks (HW – SW)
- Excellent Technical Skills
- Hands on experience with network knowledge and documentation
