Job Description

  • The Senior Digital Advertising Specialist is responsible for setting up, optimizing, and reporting on digital advertising campaigns for Brand Boosters’ clients
  • This position is primarily focused on paid ads within different digital platforms such Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Google, etc.
  • Campaigns will also include re targeting, display, and video ads.
  • Launch, manage, and optimize Ads on Facebook, Instagram, Google Adwords (SEM, GDN & YouTube), LinkedIn and twitter to achieve optimal results with minimal costs.
  • Collect data from a variety of channels and tracking codes to build a library of audiences and information for the agency for future laser and retargeting campaigns.
  • Analyze the results of the campaigns and prepare both internal reports and external reports for the clients according to a schedule or when requested to do so.
  • Cooperate with the rest of the digital team (Designers, Copywriters, etc.) to generate Ad friendly content in order to achieve better results.
  • Provide estimated KPIs for each campaign before the launch and stick to the promised results.
  • Media Planning: working closely with the account managers to prepare Media Plans (budget allocation Vs Suggested KPIs per channel) accurately and based on strong understanding of the marketing principles.
  • Media buying: other than launching campaigns on the platforms mentioned above the Advertiser is expected to hold contacts and rates cards of local media suppliers, PR channels, foodies and number of influencers in order to make available any form of media that was suggested in the proposed media plan.
  • While preparing for a new pitch and after being briefed up the Advertiser input is very valuable in the form of an achievable/reasonably priced (Competitive) Media plan as well as his contribution in the presentation and participation in meetings if necessary.
  • Keep up with the market and closely monitor and understand the industry trends to give the agency an edge over the competition.

Job Requirements

  • This position includes 25% strategy, budget allocation, client communication, and 75% hands-on research, implementation, optimization, and reporting on campaigns. Looking for an individual contributor who can work seamlessly with in-house and client teams.
