Job Description
- Provide clerical and administrative support to HR department with generalist HR matters.
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Administration, coordination and support with recruitment through outsourcing companies.
- Managing and maintaining applications, personnel files and other employee information from outsourced companies.
- Collecting and entering outsourced employees data in ERP system.
- Register all outsourced staff on attendance machine.
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules and regulations.
- Communicate with visitors, employees and workers when necessary and properly handle complaints under HR manager supervision.
- Conduct initial orientation to a new employee in cooperation with factory manager, HR and other departments.
- Updating job descriptions, organization charts and other
- Assist HR department issues as stipulated by HR manager.
Job Requirements
- 1-3 Years Of Experience.
- Bachelor degree in relevant discipline.
- Good Communication skills
- Excellent computer skills special in MS Excel.
- Experience with a big headcount
