Job Description
Achieve business plan and market share targets
- Allocate on a fair basis his/her target to individual targets for each MR in his/her team
- Appropriate follow-up system in place to track on a monthly basis (or more frequent if required) achievement vs. plan
Successfully leading and coaching the team
- Actively and professionally coaches his/her team to deliver quality calls
- Is effective to additionally motivate the top performing MR in his/her team, as well as taking timely appropriate action on the low performers
- Recruiting new MR to fill the vacancies in a timely manner
Key Accounts
- Takes personal responsibility and accountability for the major accounts in his/her territory
- Responsible for the formulator and tender / institutional targets in his/her territory
Management
- Identify and list the KOL in his/her territory
- Develop and successfully implement an appropriated KOL management plan in co-responsibility with marketing and medical
- Ensures this is done within the Biophe code of conduct and compliance
Implementation of the business and marketing tactical plans
- Is the principal responsible to ensure effective and implementation of the agreed upon business and marketing tactical plans by his/her team
- Provide timely appropriate market feedback to marketing and management on the implementation of the brand plans as well as for the development of the future brand plans
- Has the appropriate follow-up system in place to monitor on a monthly basis (or more frequent if required) the implementation by his/her team and has a special focus on implementation of the Segmentation and Targeting plan
Territory Management
- Makes an in-depth territory analysis with an assessment of the current Biophe product performance, the business opportunities and challenges and external environment situation
- Making the appropriate conclusions and critical success factors from the analysis
- Formulate the recommendations for the territory strategy, action plan and resource deployment
Job Requirements
- Holds a Medical, Pharmacy or paramedical degree.
- Has thorough territory understanding
- Has an effective leadership style to motivate and drive his/her team to the desired results
- Has a successful track record as a DM for at least 2 years in pharmaceutical company
- Has had successful experience in people management.
- Post Graduate studies in Sales is a plus
- Excellent command in English
