Job Description
- Receive transport requests (Airport pick/drop, and all kind business) from the head of department and assign drivers duties accordingly.
- Maintain updates for the vehicle fleet database.
- Keeping a record for all drivers incl. suppliers i.e. their contracts, daily time-sheet, fuel consumption and overtime.
- Control vehicle maintenance, repair scheduling and update regularly the vehicle records for all vehicles to ensure business requirements are met and follow up with the respective workshops until the return of the vehicles.
- Keep track of all the vehicles (rental / leased).
- Plan and organize the most cost effective routes for vehicles.
- Collect all supplier invoices and cross check against the purchase orders prior to sign off.
- Weekly and monthly fuel reports.
- Cars expense reports.
- Monitoring of the fuel consumption and coupons.
- Monitoring of the rental invoices.
- Keep records of the car rental requests.
- Keep records of the car rental invoices.
- Ensure that all accidents are reported as per the local legal requirements.
- Receive and rectify any complaints from end users related to the fleet services.
- Ensure that all vehicles are always in good running condition.
- Ensure that drivers are well aware of current safety and traffic regulations.
- Issue the following monthly reports:
- Fuel Consumption Analysis
- Mileage Consumption Analysis
- Maintenance Reports
- Escalations and Complaints
- General feedback on performance of the supplier
- Monthly status report on the driver’s license and insurance
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 3 years of experience in logistics or general transportation.
- Experience in the transportation industry.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills.
- Strong computer skills required.
