Main Job responsibilities
- Responsible for following the Account Management strategies in coordination with other functions (Marketing, Sales and Brand Management & Production) to meet corporate strategic objectives.
- Ensure delivery of media projects to increase company sales and revenue targets for serviced clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing, brand management, and client service functions to deliver a complete customer experience.
- Retain and grow served portfolios through improved customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that all current and future customer accounts are handled within the requirements and to the standards set and resolve escalated concerns to client satisfaction while taking preventive actions & periodical measures.
- Perform sales analysis and periodical researches to discover opportunities and identify points of strengths and of weaknesses to attract more clients in the media field.
- Manage Key accounts to guarantee customer retention and cooperation expansion (upselling).
- Deliver periodic reports to account management heads about the new projects, upselling and cross-selling revenues.
- Track all stages of the sales process and sales funnels from the identification of leads coming from the marketing department to following up prospecting calls to key clients.
- Ensure the flow of accurate information about the industry & competitors from the marketing department that allows informed decision making.
Job Requirements
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism or a relevant field
- More than 8 years of experience with At least 3 years of extensive senior experience of account management preferably in a service or media industry
- Strategic as well as operating with the teams (A hands-on manager).
- Sufficient project management skills
- Past experience in the Gulf area is a plus
- Strong verbal as well as written communication skills
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
