About the Job
- Handling distribution of received job orders to service centers and its feedback on a daily basis.
- Responsible for the spare parts warehouse.
- Monitor the spare parts process in all job orders.
- Giving technical feedback on the products’ performance on a monthly basis.
- Monitoring the financial requests of the service centers.
- Contractual agreements and renewals with the services centers.
- Handling call center activities (performance, product knowledge and maintain a script for dealing with all the customer’s inquiries).
- Assure customer satisfaction after the job orders are done.
