Job Description
- Monitoring the calender daily to make sure that the service wait time meets the SLA.
- Follow up with all related sections to finalize the service order withtin the agreed TAT target.
- Supporting the customer service team with all job-related tasks.
- Follow up the invoicing for the ASPs to transfer the invoice amount to the ASP account.
- Follow up with the administration team to renew all the ASPs contracts.
- Set the ASPs and service technician KPIs to achieve the service operation KPIs.
- Responsible for the MEE service center operation.
- Preparing the received order forecasting yearly to make the yearly capex and hiring plan accordingaly.
- Making sure that all service technicians and ASPs have tools uniforms, safety precusting tools and any job-related needing to provide the service.
- Expanding the ASPs network according to the workload.
- Continuously updating the out- warranty service price list.
- Set the ASP service fees price list.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- 2 : 5 years of experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Analytical and management skills
- Flixable and initiative
- after sales experience is preferred.
- V. Good in using Microsoft Office, aware of any of CRM software is Preferred.
- Good experience in dealing with vendors
