Job Description
- Takes the purchasing orders and review them to approve.
- Drive suppliers / vendors, integrating their deliverable and schedules into project
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to capture and develop key requirements and work to direct into appropriate buying channels in order to extract maximum value.
- Lead and manage special projects to ensure procurement objectives are being met; collaborate with procurement team and business unit stakeholders
- Maintaining procurement records such as items purchased costs, delivery time, product quality, supplier performance, and inventories.
- Negotiate and close purchase orders and contracts.
- Analyze and evaluate current and potential vendors in consideration of the internal quality and cost requirements.
- Provide and evaluate information about relevant price trends and developments in the procurement market.
Job Requirements
- Contracting and finishing experience.
- Working hours: 9-5 from Saturday to Thursday(Friday off).
- Flexibility.
