Job Description
- Develop and Direct Artistic Projects: Conceptualize and implement the visual style and aesthetic for various creative projects. Oversee the artistic design of advertisements and print materials, as well as film, television, and video productions.
- Lead Creative Teams: Manage a team of Graphic designers, content writers & other staff involved in the design process.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with the communication team, digital marketing team & webs development team to develop and execute creative strategies that meet business objectives.
- Supervise Design Processes: Oversee the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring a high level of quality in all visual elements.
- Schedule Management: Responsible for managing timelines for artistic and creative projects.
- Stay Abreast of Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in art, design, and technology to ensure the company remains ahead in the creative industry.
- Review and Approve Artwork: Critique and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by staff members.
- Provide Artistic Direction: Guide and mentor creative staff, providing direction and feedback.
- Ensure Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual communications and brand standards are met across various media outlets.
Job Requirements

- Proven experience as an Art Director or similar role in a reputable advertising agency
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-end digital design skills and creative thinking.
- Exceptional ability in graphic design, typography, and layout.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, photoshop & adobe illustrator
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to think creatively and justify concepts team members.
- Experience with strategic brainstorming, campaign development, creative brief development, and creative execution.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Working Conditions:
- Primarily in an office environment, and might require working hours beyond the standard working schedule.
- May require travel to client locations or production sites.
