Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Draftsman with 5 to 15 years of experience in creating detailed execution drawings for flooring and facades, preferably for marble finishes. Proficiency in the following software is required: AutoCAD, Excel, Word, Revit, and 3D modeling.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 5 to 15 years of experience in preparing detailed execution drawings for flooring and facades, with a preference for marble finishes.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3D modeling, Excel, and Word.
Strong understanding of architectural and engineering concepts related to flooring and facade designs.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in creating technical drawings.
Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and contractors.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to meet project deadlines.
Familiarity with construction processes and materials, especially in relation to marble finishes.
