Job Description
- Handle End to end Payroll. Responsible for correct and timely administration of the monthly payroll processes and systems.
- Collecting payroll relevant documents, new joiner forms, salary letters, etc. to ensure that the appropriate data is available during the payroll cycle and run the payroll.
- Support all administrative HR responsibilities
- Ensure that the employee details are updated.
- Prepare monthly payroll reports and other financial statements, as needed.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits
- Manage the preparation of employee tax documents.
- Participate in payroll system upgrades and implementations
Job Requirements
- Experience form 3-5 years in the same role.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Advanced in using MS office especially Excel.
