Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Keeping tax accounts on the accounts program and matching their balances.
- Follow-up tax and maintain their files regularly whether it belonged to VAT or tax discount and addition.
- prepare, review and reconcile VAT declarations prepared monthly
- prepare form 41, form of discount and addition quarterly and review and match with accounts
- Carry out tasks related to tax interests a (delivery of checks, receipts of deliveries and delivery of declaration)
- Follow-up on all documents related to the taxes with the legal accountant and maintain the implementation of the directives& its follow up.
- Organize and update the company’s tax database.
- Recommend tax strategies that align with business goals.
- Prepare necessary paperwork for tax payments and returns.
- Share financial data with the accounting department.
- Identify tax savings and suggest ways to increase profits.
- To perform any other duties as assigned by the direct Manager from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Education and Certificates: Bachelor’s Faculty of commerce in Accounting or Finance
- Years of Experience and Required Knowledge: Should be from 2 to 5 years of experience.
- Skills: 1-Problem Solving.
