Job Description
Job Summary:
- Assist in developing strategies and marketing campaigns to create awareness, gain brand loyalty and expand consumer base.
- Developing promotional calendar which lead to an increase in sales’ volume in all trade channels ; Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, and Horrica .
- Monitoring Company’s SKUs performance & ensuring availability across all channels during promotion period.
- Working with cross functional task forces (production, Finance, Operations) on project innovations and extensions to launch new products in the market.
- Planing & executing new product launches.
- Tracking Brand performance against target & developing action plan to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of spend versus the ROI.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- Experience FMCG Field
- Fluent English
- Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
- Leadership skills
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure
- Being flexible
- Min 3 years experience
